In celebration of Cloudy Skies' birthday! Which was, like, a month ago or something... EDIT: To clarify, I just heard about it :)

I invested in those sketching pencils! Turns out there's an art supplies shop in town!

But yeah, I like the effect! I also crafted a tortilla tortillon to blend in the different shades, and also to give the coat a very light shade of grey (taking the excess from the eye and moving it onto the blank white of the coat). In total, it took just under 2 hours, and was a lot of fun to boot :D

Feedback is very much appreciated! Especially on the shadows (too faint?) and the eyes.

Whoa hey there, I only now saw this--in the middle of my effort to catch up on deviantArt. Thank you very much, this is awesome! I'm not much of an artist to try to give feedback myself, and I have NO idea what a tortillon is, but this is really really nice!
