Safe From Nightmares

My entry for week 99 of - a pony that's safe/a peaceful pony.

It's supposed to be Shining Armour cuddling filly Twilight Sparkle, to protect her from bad dreams. It was a cute thought, but it didn't turn out so great...

I have no idea how to make a colt look like a colt from the front, nor do I have any idea how to proportion that pose. So, basically, Twilight's BBBFF is now a giraffe. But at least Twilight herself looks kind of cute, right?


Hehe, anyways, I was going to do a whole comic strip for this week's entry, but I haven't had time to finish it. I've done four frames, plus this (which I'll redraw, hopefully after getting some feedback), out of a total of eight. When the rest are done, I'll release the whole thing.


If anyone has any advice on how to fix this pose, please send it my way!

EDIT: Oh, also, in on time this week. Yeah!
